Help with bidding for APMS contract

    Hi

We are a 5 partner GP surgery in the south of England and have been forced by our local PCT to bid for our own practice on an APMS basis.

We are looking for somebody or a group who has the skills and experience to prepare our bid and lead us through the process as we do not have these abilities inhouse.

Does anybody where we could find these skills?

    Thank You

    Hi Norbert,

We would be interested in working closely with you through the entire process from preparing your bid through to providing the workflow, infrastructure, applications and modalities required to enable you to provide the full operational and clinical service. We have knowledge, experience, resources and contacts in this field and would prefer to bid with GPS for these contracts. We are also very aware that "...GPs on the ground are finding it tough. Practices report being bamboozled by red tape, outgunned financially by private bidders and forced into new consortiums.." and of the risk, time and financial commitment involved in putting together and presenting the bid itself. This will be reflected in our approach to the cost for this initial bid process. Please feel free to contact me if you would like to discuss this further. Sorry, but I am unclear whether this forum allows you to email me directly and please accept my sincere apologies if this is in any way an inappropriate response or entry
