GPs over 65 will no longer be exempt from paying the annual £390 GMC fee.

I have a document from the GMC stating that I am henceforth exemt from paying annual fee surely it infringes my human rights to inforce this punative and retrospective legislation without due process of debate and parlimentary approval. A.J.Warsap

Why not do as the MPS does and give exemption after say 40 years of contributions ? This should be a legal way around the problem.
