    Practices to lose 620,000 patients

Practices near polyclinics could lose a quarter of their patients to the new GP-led health centres, a Conservative analysis suggests.

Take the MPIG away, move patients to new surgeries, blame the GP's and hospital infections for problems of NHS. Blame the drug companies for high prices of drugs and make a new institute of National Institute of Cost Effectiveness. What about all the top down agendas and changes? What about their cost? Who is measuring the amount of money wasted in another new pathway? Is there any hope?

So long as I can chose which ones go there, I may not have a problem with that!

    John I guess?
