Car parking charges are to be abolished at NHS hospitals across Scotland, following a review of NHS Boards' car park charging policies.

So it's not a level playing field, or even car park.

So once again we seem to be raising taxes in England to fund Scottish and Welsh initiatives. Totally agree with the abolishment of this charge but it should be NHS wide.
