NHS 'less consumer-friendly' than Estonian health system

The British health system is less consumer-friendly than that of Estonia, according to a Brussels-based ‘do tank’.

Too much moaning on about what's not right with the system and the country but not many suggestions about how to actually put it right. It's much easier to spend the time moaning than it is to get on and do some real work!

If the system is so bad..howcome we have so many "Health Tourists" to the UK, and those countries the UK is compared to will be "free" to those at point of access ??I thought not.
