PCTs plan networks of up to 7 polyclinics

PCTs outside of England’s major cities are pushing ahead with plans involving networks of up to seven polyclinics.

Fine in an urban environment but how will it work (well) in rural communities with no bus or rail links?

It won't even work in an urban environment. Congested roads, parking charges, and no evidence of any benefit. And the build cost will deny capital to other more useful projects.
