    BMA appeals GMC fee rise

    The BMA is appealing to the High Court to stop GPs over the age of 65 being charged to remain on the GMC's register.

    Thanks for BMA to take this issue for judicial review. It is unfortunate that facilities are provided for senior citizen in this country but GMC thinks otreway round. DR. ZAKI SOLIHULL

    The GMC considers exemption of ARF as age discrimnation.Could the Governmment be considered guilty of age discrimnation as it provides certain facilities and benefits to Senior Citizens ,I wonder. Dr.V.K.Seth Sully
